Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with all policies, rules, and guidelines incorporated by reference herein.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the air88 platform through which the Player accesses all services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account wallet, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotion, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before any withdrawal is approved, involving submission of government-issued identification documents.
• "Platform" means the air88 website accessible at https://air88.vu, including all games, sportsbook markets, tools, and services available thereon.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is accessing services in a personal, non-commercial capacity.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all scheduled events, promotional deadlines, and customer service hours on the Platform.

Access to and use of air88 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.
• You are a resident of Indonesia and are accessing the Platform from within the territory of Indonesia.
• You are acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment, not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of air88 or any affiliated entity.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by air88 for a breach of this Agreement.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order placed voluntarily or by any third-party authority that restricts your access to gambling services.

air88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in Account suspension.

To access real-money services on air88, you must register a single Account by completing the registration form accurately and in full. You agree that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — is true, accurate, current, and complete.

One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. air88 employs device fingerprinting, IP geolocation analysis, payment method matching, and KYC cross-referencing to detect duplicate Accounts. Upon detection, all associated Accounts will be suspended, Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and real-money Balance may be withheld pending investigation.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. air88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You must notify air88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. air88 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, air88 will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid, government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian KTP or passport) and proof of payment method ownership. air88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes.

All financial transactions on air88 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). air88 does not apply currency conversion fees for IDR transactions. The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Accepted deposit methods include Indonesian bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension.
• air88 processes deposits promptly upon receipt of cleared funds; processing times vary by payment method and banking institution.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that matches the identity on your verified KYC documents.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Unverified Accounts may not withdraw funds.
• air88 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for verified Accounts during standard operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, scheduled maintenance, or where additional security verification is required.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are specified in your Account settings. These limits may be adjusted upon request, subject to air88's discretion and internal review procedures.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the satisfaction of all applicable Wagering Requirements prior to processing.
• air88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.

air88 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, which are supplemented by the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated clearly in the promotion's terms at the time the offer is presented.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Live casino games, certain table games, and specific slot titles may contribute at a reduced percentage or may be excluded entirely. Eligible games and contribution rates are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: While a Wagering Requirement is active, a maximum single-bet limit applies to prevent bonus abuse strategies. Bets placed in excess of this limit during a wagering period will not count toward the Wagering Requirement and may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds.
• Expiry: All Bonus Funds and free spins expire within a defined period from the date of crediting, as stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: air88 monitors wagering patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, collusion between Accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. air88 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings where abuse is determined.
• No Retroactive Changes: The terms of a promotion will not be altered after a Player has opted in and the Bonus Funds have been credited to their Account.

air88 offers a curated catalogue of casino games, live dealer tables, sportsbook markets, and specialty games including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and virtual sports. The following rules apply across all game categories:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generator (RNG) systems. air88 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Live dealer table games are operated by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules for each live game are determined by the applicable studio and are displayed within the game interface.
• Sportsbook bets placed on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, Timnas Indonesia matches, and all other listed markets are accepted subject to the odds and market rules displayed at the time of placement. air88 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrectly priced markets.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session that prevents the determination of a fair result, the bet or game round in question will be voided and the staked amount refunded to your Balance.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. Demo or free-play versions are available for most casino game titles.
• Collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software errors, and any other form of cheating are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

air88 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Players, accessible at any time from Account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been actively gaming for a defined period.
• Temporary Time-Out: Suspend access to your Account for a defined cooling-off period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a time-out, no deposits may be made and no games may be accessed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account and block re-registration for a minimum period specified at the time of exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the air88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of air88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use any automated tool, scraper, bot, or spider to access, index, or collect data from the Platform.
• Frame, mirror, or embed any part of the Platform on any external website or application.

Any unauthorized use of air88's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, air88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers expressly disclaim all liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a Player's gambling decisions, including losses attributable to reliance on information or statistics displayed on the Platform.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by factors beyond air88's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party payment processor outages, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or acts of nature.
• Unauthorized access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.

In any event, air88's aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total real-money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arose.

Nothing in this clause shall limit air88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

air88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that:

• A Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• A Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• A Player is operating a duplicate Account or colluding with other Players.
• A Player's wagering activity constitutes bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other exploitative practice.
• A Player's Account shows unusual activity consistent with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal conduct.
• Continuation of service to the Player would expose air88 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Upon closure of an Account for any reason other than confirmed fraud or criminal conduct, the verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding withdrawal obligations.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which air88 is incorporated and licensed to operate its online gaming services. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as conferring any right to legal recourse under Indonesian law in relation to the provision of online gambling services, which remain subject to applicable Indonesian regulations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the Player and air88 shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, air88 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm arising from a breach of this Agreement.

air88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, air88 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address on file, a Platform notification, or a notice posted prominently on the website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account and withdraw your Balance prior to the effective date of the change.

air88 will never retroactively alter the terms of an active promotion after a Player has opted in and Bonus Funds have been credited.
